Development in unincorporated Kendall County is administered by the Kendall County Engineer’s Office in Boerne, which handles development permits, septic, 911 addressing and floodplain rather than routine building inspection. If your property sits near the Boerne city limits or its extraterritorial jurisdiction the rules can differ, so we confirm what applies to your address before quoting.
Do you work on older limestone and timber homes in Comfort?
Yes.
